3. Luxe Gift Experience:
Our Luxe Gift Experience, including custom cards and packaging, is non-refundable as these are personalized and bespoke elements.

4. Shipping and Handling

Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item.

Wrong Address Policy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase.
